Dr. Carlos Garzon—known professionally and throughout the community as Dr. Carlos—is a dental expert whose career is defined by a rigorous pursuit of clinical excellence and aesthetic mastery.
Dr. Carlos is a recognized authority in Westchester County and the Hudson River Valley, expert in Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry. He bridges the gap between high-end, “Manhattan-level” clinical mastery and a warm, patient experience.

Training & Academic Leadership
His journey began at the prestigious Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. He later transitioned to the United States to complete elite-level Post-Graduate training at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, including his Clinical Residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD)and followed by an intense Fellowship in Hospital Dentistry at The New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
In 2025, Dr. Carlos was awarded a Fellowship by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI)—a prestigious distinction that recognizes his clinical excellence and unwavering commitment to advanced care through dental implant therapy.
His mastery of complex restorative and surgical cases led to a distinguished term as a Full-Time Faculty member and Clinical Instructor at Columbia University. During this time, he mentored post-graduate and under-graduate students and treated patients within the Columbia Faculty Practices, staying at the forefront of dental innovation.
Dr. Carlos is fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Dentista Hispano en Westchester, NY), dedicated to providing clear, ethical, and expert care to all.
